Jaycar ate just good at what they do & I need to give a shout out to the staff at the Sydbey city store, I used to shop at the Central Park store & was disappointed to see them go but the team at the York st store made the experience comfortable and pleasant, big fist bump to ‘Chi’ whom was incredibly knowledgeable & went above and beyond for the extra service too! Needed a wored USB mouse and visited Jaycar. Helpful lass at the front desk pointed me to the correct area, where I found exactly what I wanted. Fast friendly service with a smile and out in less than 5 minutes. What more can you ask for!

Had exactly what I needed for a fair price, I got a replacement rice cooker cable and a HDMI to USB-C cable. Staff were so helpful and assisted me in finding the right cables. Super convenient location as well I was able to pop over on a Saturday morning in the city!

came in to buy wrist watch battery.. chi was very helpful to me...despite of 3 dollar sale, he spent time with me and also provided info about headphones which wasnt even part of sale deal. He didnt rush after selling the item and made sure i left with 100% satisfaction.
